everything flourishes;
each returns to its root.
returning to the root
is called tranquility.
tranquility is called
returning to one's nature.

About Us

GOJI is a space for connection: to the body, the breath, the heart.

Whether you enter for a class, an event, or a cup of tea here lives an ongoing dialogue between inner and outer, between listening and creating, between connecting to ourselves and to each other.

Dimly lit room with sheer curtains, a glowing round lamp behind, and rolled yoga mats in front.

Our offerings center around connection and expression from the place of inner rootedness.

You'll find movement classes, breath, sound and storytelling journeys, tea and community circles, events, and educational deep dives, plus we offer "do nothing, offline, together" experiences, sometimes as day retreats and sometimes as open (creative, co-working) day passes.

We're also interested in collaborating with creatives and thought-leaders that want to share their art and understanding in group immersions. If that's you, get in touch with us.

Values & Mission

GOJI believes in a world where we are deeply attuned to the cycles, seasons, treasures and sacredness of the earth. We believe in a culture of care, that puts life at the center. And we believe in the unique and powerful role of human creativity for making beauty and growing the soul.

This is to be a place for both belonging and becoming, guided by connection, heartfulness, expression, and joy.

We aim to hold this space with humble integrity as a field of individual sovereignty, empowerment and remembering.

"you enter life a ship laden with meaning, purpose, & gifts sent to be delivered to a hungry world.
And as much as the world needs your cargo,
you need to give it away.
Everything depends on this."

CARGO, Greg Kimura

drop-ins + extended experiences

we offer a mix of curated classes to drop into the body and practice together. someone once said, movement is the quickest way to shift energy. movement of the body becomes movement of the breath and of the mind. and its rest and regeneration.

these drop-ins range from pure exercise to regenerative journeys and rooted rituals. head to the booking tool to see whats on :)

day retreats

our extended offering: Saturdays at GOJI. these are always defined by the person hosting them - sometimes they're more creative, other times restful or educational. overall, we seek to create a space to land and be - immersed, offline, interested.

community circles

circles are the tried and true tool of building and coming home to community. they can (and always do their best to) create a field of acceptance, where nothing is expected but everything welcome. some of these are for pure sharing as storytelling, others are supported by plant friends (rose, blue lotus, cacao, tea), by music and song, or by prayer and shared intention.

Frequently asked Questions

what do I need to bring?

If you've booked a class - any type of movement or journey - we recommend something comfortable to move in. If you're joining us for an event or at the teahouse just come as you are. We do have a no-shoes-policy throughout the space so feel free to pack some socks.

book your session

what do you mean by ritual space?

a ritual is any set of actions that are repeated and hold symbolic significance. whether it's an intricate ancient dance, the lighting of a candle, or the blessing of a meal, rituals invite presence, care and coherence and this is at its core the purpose of anything that we do here.

book your session

what can I expect at your teahouse?

its an experimental space with the intention of bringing nature into the city. you'll normally find a selection of herbal teas for your discretion and sometimes, depending on your booking, a live pour, where we sit together, chat, and have some delicious tea.

book your session

can I visit the space without joining a class?

yes! we host intimate events, concerts, readings, tea ceremonies - and we have a small store. however this is not a walk-in space. you're required to book a specific offering before coming.

book your session

what is your cancellation policy?

if you cancel your class booking 12 hours and your event booking 24 hours before it begins, we can refund your ticket through Eversports.
